Flight Sim files

As a part of his regular work activities, Daryl writes Occupational Health asn Safety training and statistics tracking programs for various industries. In his spare time, he also writes programs for use with FSX. All programs connect through 'SimConnect', available through some versions of FSX (service pack 1). Prior to purchasing any of these programs, do a search of your FSX files to ensure that Simconnect.dll is available. Some of these programs will be available through www.flightsim.com

ATC Communications is a program developed to ease communications while flying your simulator.  Rather than fumbling through key strokes, simply say "ATC" into your microphone to have the window open.  Make your selections by speaking the number into the microphone.

Rather than leaving the ATC window visible on your screen, simply say "ATC" again to close it.  Voice recognition remains active with the window hidden.

Available for Vista OS (uses standard voice recognition software version 3.0.0.0)

Available for XP Operating systems (uses standard XP voice recognition software)

Check your system to ensure voice activiation software is installed.  Program connects to FSX through Simconnect which is standard in some versions of FSX

Sim Panel Connect for FSX

For sim cockpit builders, we have developed Sim Panel Connect to communicate with Phidget components to operate guages, switches, controls of all types.
Simply install the program along with the Phidget library, purchase your Phidget components along with a few RC servos and build your fantasy cockpit simulator.

In the original design (far left), the panel was constructed to the same specs as my real Citabria

Sim Network for FSX

We would like to introduce our program for networking multiple computers running FSX. Run the host program on the main computer, enter the IP of additional computer(s), and set your views as you like.

In the pictures to the left, Sim Network is running 3 seperate computers, none of which would be considered 'fast'. Outside views are perfectly syncronized.

On the older 'slower' computers, views become a bit 'choppy' when the aircraft is in a bank. Tested on a faster computer at our local flight school, the views are smooth.

Verion 1.0.0.3 allows communication speed between computers ranging from once every second, to once every 1/1000 of a second.
