For the past several years Daryl has been constructing an Acroduster ii biplane. Initially scheduled for completion in time for the 2007 Air Show season, recent moves and job postings have caused delay. I am now looking at the spring of 2009.  Powered by a Lycoming IO-540 done to approximately 300hp she should be a true performance aircraft.

With any luck, it will be introduced at the North West Council of Air Shows convention in February 2009

The photos below show my progress so far.  The fuselage is currently 'on gear' and powdercoated.  Pre cover inspection should be scheduled within the next month. 
It's been a long road. Work seems to get in the way a lot, welders were hard to come by, and I have moved twice since beginning.  It's nice to be able to look at it and finally envision a completed project.
